Your Payment:

Booking confirmations are subject to payment of a €150 deposit per person. Mode of payments are euro cheques (obtainable from your UK bank), Internet Banking (we will give you our account details when invoicing you) or PayPal (with an additional 4% charge) to info@greenbikepyrenees.com. Once we have received your booking form your deposit will be requested by mail.

Meal Options

Payment for meal options (self-guided and guided tours) will be paid on site as well as bike rental to allow you a certain flexibility of choice. Payment will be in cash.

Acknowledgement of Risk, Responsibility and Insurance for Cycling Tours.

I confirm that I am sufficiently fit for, and not am not suffering from any health problems which will be exacerbated by such activity. I have been advised by Green Bike Pyrenees to seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner if I have any doubts or concerns about my health.

I recognise that cycling on public roads, particularly in mountainous areas, is an activity with a danger of personal injury and even death. I confirm that I am aware of and accept such risk and wil be responsible for my own actions and involvement in this activity.

I also acknowledge that I have been requested by Green Bike Pyrenees to take out insurance against the costs of medical treatment, evacuation, against loss or damage to my property (including my bicycle), against liability I might incur to third parties. I confirm that I will arrange adequate insurance against such risks.

I have read and understood the booking conditions of Green Bike Pyrenees and agree that I will abide by them.
